   For orders outside USA and Canada: A flat rate of $10 applies.

International Shipping Policy

We process all international orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days after arriving in stock. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

 

Important: We cannot change shipping details after an order is shipped. Please double-check that your shipping information is correct.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the product (excluding the shipping fee). You will need to place a new order.

Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the shipping fees.

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact.hushen@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and do our best to resolve it quickly.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

 

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the product (excluding shipping fees) and ask that you place a new order with the correct information.
